Tea Tree Organic Essential Oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Organic tea tree essential oil is one of the most versatile oils in aromatherapy, valued for its broad spectrum of activity and exceptional effectiveness. Steam distilled from the leaves and young twigs of Melaleuca alternifolia, organically grown on Australian plantations, it boasts a fresh, herbal, and slightly camphoraceous aroma of medium intensity. Its main active ingredient is terpinene-4-ol (as much as 43.7%), responsible for its strong antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal properties. Its high γ-terpinene (25.5%) and α-terpinene (12.1%) content additionally supports cleansing and immune-boosting effects.
Thanks to its balanced composition of chemical compounds, this oil is an effective support in the care of problematic skin, respiratory infections and for home seasonal prevention.
