Regulamin promocji Artisan „Hydrolat lawendowy za 1 zł”

§ 1. Organizator
Organizatorem promocji jest AromaPremium (AW Nexus Group Agnieszka Wyrozumska, ul. Olimpijska 2, 81-538 Gdynia, NIP 5881771302).

§ 2. Czas trwania promocji
Promocja trwa od 29.10.2025 r. do 20.11.2025 r. lub do wyczerpania zapasów produktów promocyjnych.

§ 3. Zasady promocji

  1. Promocja obejmuje jednorazowe zakupy o wartości co najmniej 1490 zł brutto, dokonane na produkty z kategorii AROMAterapia (produkty płynne Aromatics International i Vessel).
  2. Przy spełnieniu warunku z pkt 1, klient otrzymuje hydrolat lawendowy w cenie 1 zł.
  3. Promocja nie łączy się z innymi rabatami, kodami promocyjnymi ani akcjami specjalnymi.
  4. Klient ma możliwość wyboru innego hydrolatu spośród dostępnych w sklepie AromaPremium, pod warunkiem zgłoszenia takiej prośby niezwłocznie po złożeniu zamówienia, jednak nie później niż w ciągu 1 godziny od momentu jego opłacenia, poprzez wiadomość e-mail na adres kontakt@aromapremium.eu. Po upływie tego czasu zamówienie może zostać przekazane do realizacji i zmiana nie będzie możliwa.

§ 4. Zwracanie produktów objętych promocją

  1. W przypadku zwrotu części lub całości zamówienia, którego wartość po zwrocie spadnie poniżej 1490 zł, klient zobowiązany jest do zwrócenia także produktu promocyjnego lub dopłaty różnicy do jego regularnej ceny.
  2. Ze względu na charakter sprzedawanych produktów (olejki eteryczne, hydrolaty, produkty kosmetyczne) – nie przyjmujemy zwrotów z uwagi na bezpieczeństwo i higienę (art. 38 ust. 5 ustawy o prawach konsumenta).

§ 5. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany zasad promocji lub jej zakończenia przed terminem, w przypadku wyczerpania zapasów promocyjnych.
  2. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego.
