Terms and conditions of the Artisan promotion "Lavender hydrolate for 1 PLN"

§ 1. Organizer
The organiser of the promotion is AromaPremium (AW Nexus Group Agnieszka Wyrozumska, ul. Olimpijska 2, 81-538 Gdynia, NIP 5881771302).

§ 2. Promotion duration
The promotion runs from March 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026 or while promotional products last.

§ 3. Promotion Rules

  1. The promotion covers one-time purchases worth at least PLN 888 gross made on products from the AROMAtherapy category (Aromatics International and Vessel liquid products).
  2. If the condition in point 1 is met, the customer receives lavender hydrolate for PLN 1 .
  3. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or special offers.
  4. The customer has the option to choose another hydrolate from those available in the AromaPremium store, provided that such a request is made immediately after placing the order , but no later than within 1 hour of payment, via e-mail to kontakt@aromapremium.eu. After this time, the order may be processed and changes will not be possible.

§ 4. Returning promotional products

  1. In the event of a return of part or all of the order, the value of which after the return falls below PLN 888, the customer is obliged to also return the promotional product or pay the difference to its regular price.
  2. Due to the nature of the products sold (essential oils, hydrolates, cosmetic products) – we do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons (Article 38, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Rights Act).

§ 5. Final provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the promotion or end it early if promotional stocks run out.
  2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
