Terms and conditions of the "5% discount on the entire assortment" promotion

§1. General provisions

  1. The promotion is run by AromaPremium, the owner of the online store available at https://aromapremium.eu
  2. The promotion is valid only in the online store and applies to all products available on offer during its duration.
  3. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

§2. Promotion Rules

  1. As part of the promotion, the customer receives a 5% discount on all products available in the store.
  2. The discount is calculated automatically after entering or copying the promotional code "aroma5" in the appropriate field in the shopping cart.
  3. The promotion is valid until further notice or while supplies last.
  4. The discount applies only to regular-priced products and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, discount codes, special offers or loyalty programs.
  5. In the event that several promotions are valid at the same time, the Customer has the right to use one of his/her choice.

§3. Limitations and Reservations

  1. The promotion does not include delivery costs and additional services (e.g. gift wrapping).
  2. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to: a) change the rules of the promotion, b) shorten or extend its duration, c) end the promotion at any time – without giving any reason – while maintaining the rights acquired by Customers who made a purchase before the change.
  4. In the event of returning products purchased under a promotion, the refund will be made in accordance with the store's regulations, taking into account the value after the discount.

§4. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
