Order Processing and Delivery Time
We make every effort to ensure that the order fulfillment process is fast, convenient, and flexible. To maintain full transparency, we present the details regarding the processing and delivery of orders.
1. Order Processing Procedure
1.1. Orders placed in the Aroma Premium online store are processed after they have been confirmed and paid for by the Customer.
1.2. The order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
1.3. Each product in our store has an individually specified processing time, which is indicated on the product page. It may range from a few days to several weeks, depending on the product’s availability and specifications.
1.4. If an order includes products with different processing times, the entire order will be shipped once all products are ready. If the Customer wishes to receive the available products earlier, please contact customer service to arrange the details.
2. Information on Processing Time on the Product Page
2.1. Each product page includes information about the estimated order processing time. Please review this information before placing an order.
2.2. The indicated processing times are approximate and may change depending on supplier availability. In case of delays or changes to the delivery schedule, the Customer will be promptly informed and asked to decide how to proceed with the order.
3. Order Status Notifications
3.1. The Customer will be informed about the status of the order, including shipment dispatch and the estimated delivery date.
3.2. Once the order is shipped, the Customer will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.
4. Deferred Delivery Option
4.1. If you prefer your order to be delivered on a specific, convenient date, we offer a deferred delivery option. To use this option, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the order form or contact our customer service team.
4.2. This option is particularly useful if you want to ensure that your order arrives exactly when you need it most. For any questions or special arrangements, please contact us in advance.
5. Standard Delivery
5.1. The standard delivery time for products available in stock is 1–4 business days from the moment the payment is credited.
5.2. For products that are currently out of stock or require special ordering, the fulfillment time may be extended. The Customer will be promptly informed of this. If a desired product is temporarily unavailable, we will make every effort to deliver it as soon as stock is replenished.
6. Order Delivery Options
6.1. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. This may be a home address, workplace address, or any other preferred delivery point, as indicated in the order form.
7. Order Status Notifications
7.1. The Customer will receive notifications about the order status, including dispatch and estimated delivery time. Once shipped, the Customer will also receive a tracking link to monitor the shipment and follow its progress in real time.
8. Delays and Circumstances Beyond the Seller’s Control
8.1. While we strive to process every order without delay, we reserve the right to extend the processing time in exceptional circumstances, such as high shopping seasons, logistical issues, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, the Customer has the right to cancel the order, and we will provide a full refund.
8.2. In case of delays caused by the carrier, we will make every effort to provide assistance, clarify the situation, and inform the Customer of the next steps.
9. Delivery Promotions
9.1. The Aroma Premium store may periodically offer promotions where delivery is free of charge or available under special terms.
9.2. The conditions, duration, and scope of such promotions are always specified in the store’s announcement.
9.3. After the promotional period ends, standard delivery rates apply, as displayed in the cart and during the checkout process.
