Patchouli Essential Oil (Pogostemon cablin)

Patchouli oil has a calming effect on the skin – it soothes redness and irritation and also helps cleanse it.

Our organic patchouli essential oil is steam distilled from the rich, green leaves of lush plants grown in India. This is what we call "light" patchouli oil. ("Dark" patchouli oil is distilled in cast iron vats.)

Application
Energize and Focus – Inhale the oil straight from the bottle or add it to a diffuser to increase alertness and motivation.

Muscle and joint support – mix with carrier oil and massage into tense body parts.

Better digestion – after dilution, apply to the abdomen to relieve the feeling of heaviness after a meal.

Respiratory support – add to inhalation mixture to support respiratory tract.

Tip: To enhance the warming and stimulating effect, combine black pepper oil with ginger, rosemary or lemon oil.
