• Irritant effect: Oregano oil is a moderate skin irritant and a strong mucous membrane irritant.
• Concentration: Recommended maximum concentration for mucous membranes: 1%
• Dilution: Due to the high phenol content, never apply undiluted to the skin.
• Soothing: Always combine with soothing oils (e.g. jojoba oil, coconut oil) to reduce the risk of irritation
• Contraindications: Do not use on children under 2 years of age or on hypersensitive, diseased or damaged skin.
• Pregnancy: Do not use if pregnant
