Analysis of the composition of each batch

Common Yarrow (Blue) Organic Essential Oil (Achillea millefolium)

Certified organic Yarrow essential oil (common yarrow), extracted from leaves and flower tops grown organically in the Chalkidiki region, is steam distilled. An interesting batch from Yarrow Organic with a high chamazulene content of 7.3% (hence the navy blue color and strong soothing effect). The GC profile is very "leather-like," with fresh monoterpene accords: sabinene 17.06%, β-pinene 12.55%, a high proportion of sesquiterpenes: germacrene D 14.2%, β-caryophyllene 12.86%, with a breath of 1,8-cineole 4.54%, and trace ketones.

Our blue yarrow with 7.3% chamazulene and rich in sesquiterpenes (germacrene D, β-caryophyllene); exceptionally soothing for reactive skin prone to redness.
