Safety and warnings:

• Skin irritation: Grapefruit oil may cause skin irritation, especially if expired or oxidized. It is recommended to use it in low concentrations, especially in bath and massage oils.
• Phototoxicity: Grapefruit has a mild phototoxic effect, therefore when applied to the skin the concentration in the mixture should not exceed 4% (i.e. a maximum of 24 drops of essential oil per 30 ml of carrier oil)
• Sun exposure: Avoid exposing your skin to the sun after application.
